Wise Capital has found people with a Bachelors degree or higher seem to thrive in the role, but anyone can thrive in this role if they produce mortgage sales, are great at customer support, and are strong with math. Wise Capital Mortgage is looking for the smartest people we can find to help our clients achieve the goal getting a great mortgage loan. At minimum a high school education level is required, and you would need to have great experience in the industry as a loan officer as well.
EXPERIENCE
Wise Capital Mortgage wants to hire Loan Originators that have a minimum of 2 years of current mortgage origination experience, or have proven production to justify a good hire. The ideal individual will be 100% self motivated, self disciplined, and know what it takes to build a network of business within the mortgage industry. The individual must make a maximum effort in client and realtor calls, meetings, zoom meetings, emails, texts, marketing, PR, communication, CRM and more to be successful in this role.

Job Summary
As Wise Capital Mortgage continues its rapid expansion, we are actively seeking motivated Branch Manager, and Loan Officers to join our team and share in our ongoing success. As a Residential Loan Officer, your primary responsibility will be to originate residential mortgage real estate loans for various purposes, including purchase, new construction, and refinancing. We are dedicated to helping you rapidly grow your business and provide access to the latest technology tools, as well as a supportive operations team to streamline your workflow.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Customer Guidance: Assist customers through the mortgage process, providing them with expert advice and support.
- Origination Expertise: Originate a high volume of mortgage transactions, ensuring efficient and accurate processing.
- Referral Partnerships: Collaborate with referral partners to generate leads and expand your network.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain superior knowledge of mortgage products to match the right solutions with customer needs.
Qualifications and Skills
- Sales Acumen: Demonstrate excellent sales and customer service skills to foster positive client relationships.
- Industry Experience: Possess 1–5 years of experience in the residential mortgage industry with an active NMLS (Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System) number.
- Self-Learning: Show the ability to self-educate and stay updated on mortgage programs and industry trends independently.
